ADI’s mobile user, ‘the man in the van,’ is a customer often on site and on-the-go, who benefits from easy and fast mobile usage. To cater to these users, ADI launched a hybrid mobile app for iOS and Android. After launching, both the mobile site and app saw a jump in the number of customers ordering online, and online orders tripled after the app launch alone. In the six months following the launch of voice functionality, the ADI app saw a jump in traffic and longer visits per user.
